Philipp Blaser passionately spoils his guests with a creative, modern cuisine. To surprise and pamper his guests with culinary delights, he uses the best local ingredients. His cuisine is awarded in Guide Michelin, Gilde etablierter Schweizer Gastronomen and Best of Swiss Gastro.

Tradition meets novelty thanks to utmost creativity and sensitiveness. Part of our menu varies daily, however many highly popular and classic dishes are always available. Our restaurant accommodates groups of up to 50 persons.

Terrace perspectives - from our sun terrace

Enjoy the unique view of the high mountains on our quiet sun terrace and watch the fishes in our pond.

We serve our homemade ice cream specialties with joy and pride. An insider tip: try the "Coupe Frühling" or the "Highlander"!

Our terrace offers space for up to 30 people and has a small play area for the children.
