Since the beginning of 2007, Philipp Blaser

has led the Hotel National in the fourth
generation, highly committed and with
great motivation.

   
   
 

The trained chef and confectioner passionately spoils his guests with a creative, modern cuisine. After a number of
successful years of training at various Swiss locations of haute cuisine, he is now ready to apply his culinary skills in
his own restaurant.


Philipp Blaser and his partner Juliane Vierthaler would like to bring new blood into their business, simply by
introducing new ideas, and to surprise and spoil their guests with culinary delights. They use only the best local
ingredients for their dishes.
